Job description
This position is for Essai Test Solutions, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Advantest America, Inc. located in Fremont, CA Chandler and Phoenix, AZ.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must be computer literate and able to work with ERP systems
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a major advantage
- File and manage the daily activities from the Quality ERP System
- Prepare periodic reports from ERP system, summarize transactions
- Facilitate and drive material flow through Quality Control Centers
- Maintain and mange quality records such as document revisions, training records, etc. within Quality Department
- Ability to work with various teams and departments within a high-tech Manufacturing and Production environment
- Other task may be assigned by Quality Manger
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
1. Fluent in computer skills and, be able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel
2. Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
3. Detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
4. Demonstrate professional demeanor in all aspects of the business
5. Effective problem-solving skills;
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability and flexibility to quickly learn other software tools as required
8. Capable of working independently to meet deadlines and complete daily / weekly priorities
