PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clerical support to the Quality Department.
• Mail out documents and maintain files for the QA Department.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compile and produce data books for customer equipment.
• Ship applicable documentation.
• Scan and file quality documents.
• Review quality-related documents, procedures, and instructions.
• Review industry-related documents (ISO, API, ASTM).
• Review work order-related documents.
• Review supplier documents.
• Collect work order-related information as needed.
• Review calibration certifications.
• Interact with and support managers and supervisors as needed.
• Generate and maintain quality reports.
• Support customer feedback documents.
• Assist with NCRs and RCA.
• Use of company standard quality systems (PIMS, AIMS, RigOffice, CEF, Teamcenter, Tracker).
• Attend meetings as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Quality API or Oil and Gas Industry is required.
• Must be able to work onsite at the facility in New Iberia, LA.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Adobe Writer knowledge required.
• Quality Management knowledge required.
• Good organization and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.12 per hour
