Equivalent ExperienceDescription:
This position acts as a quality assurance liaison between employees and customers/vendors. Candidate will be managing the quality assurance program, analyze quality issues, and assist in developing solutions to improve standard operation procedure. Candidate will start working in the quality assurance operations but available opportunities may take the candidate in several different management directions in the company. Primary duties will be quality assurance auditing, administrative support, and data entry.
Job Duties:
- Perform regular order picking and received POs for audits for employees, customers, and vendors
- Comply with SOP for the quality assurance auditing process
- Verify the accuracy of the material and quantities for orders that have been picked and purchase orders that have been received and have been put away
- Randomly select each day orders to be audited
- Verify accuracy of the product and quantity of the product
- Notate errors to order with accuracy
- Work in conjunction with the Order Picker to correct each error and coach the order picker on ways to avoid that type of error in the future
- File auditing paperwork
- Assist operational leadership with other administrative duties as needed

- Organized, able to prioritize, multitask, and meet set deadlines
- Plumbing, HVAC, waterworks experience is a plus!
