Job Title Quality Assurance Representative

Reports to Operations Manager

FLSA Status Contract

Eminent Health is looking for Quality Assurance Representatives to join our team. This role will provide 100% fully remote frontline service and support to our licensed insurance agents.

Responsibilities

1. Handle calls and chat inquiries to resolution ensuring necessary actions occur as promised to the agent once the call is completed.

2. Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.

3. Review, organize, and forward information to other areas for handling or consideration.

Requirements

• Bilingual a plus; English, Spanish, Creole
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in a high-volume agency or service center environment, preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with and influence customers.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
