Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent work experience.
• PC Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft programs to include Excel and Word. Comfortable with learning new software.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to manage a busy work load, often under pressure and maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cross functional team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take hands on approach to required activities.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision when required.
• Knowledge of quality management systems a bonus.

Expected Working Hours:

This position works 12 hours shifts (6pm-6am)for a total of 84 hours per two-week pay period.

Job Purpose:

The quality auditor is responsible for reviewing in-process testing in all manufacturing areas. They collect samples, ensuring the product is meeting or surpassing standards and that all quality processes are being followed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collect in-process product testers as generated by the automated sampling system.
• Audit finished product by performing required quality tests on all in-process testers from Fabrication.
• Review the quality of print jobs, and report any concerns to supervision.
• Assess any defects found, and ensure product is quarantined for further inspection and testing.
• Have good knowledge of processes in fabrication, printing, extrusion and slitting, particularly those related to product / quality testing. Be able to carry out in-process testing if required.
• Carry out process audits in all Manufacturing areas to ensure that procedures are being followed and processes are in control.
• On occasion, carry out inspection work at Anagram's Distribution Center.
• Assist RD&E in monitoring trials, as assigned by the Quality Manager.
• Other projects as assigned by lead, supervisor or manager.
