Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Quality Assurance Manager position. This job is located in Paris, TX, but relocation will be offered for qualified applicants from other areas. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for instituting, maintaining, monitoring, auditing, and improving quality management practices and procedures to ensure the quality of goods being produced. Starting Salary $70,000 - $75,000 and relocation package available.

- Analyze specifications and statistical data to develop procedures to meet both internal and external expectations
- Monitors product quality; identifies and isolates product that does not meet standards.
- Lead efforts in exploring, initiating, developing, and validating opportunities in quality improvements and cost savings
- Aids in troubleshooting and supports resolution of incoming materials issues.
- Directs product control and release processes in WMS and SAP
- Follows and enforces all the policies and procedures set forth to promote quality and regulatory compliance, safety and report any outages.
- HAACP and PCQI certified,
- SQF practitioner or SQF audits
- 5 years of Quality Assurance work experience
- 3 years of management experience
