Job description
Meat processing company in the City of Industry hiring Quality Control Techs for their 2nd shift.
- 2nd shift - 2:30pm - 11pm
- Possible overtime & weekend work
- WILLING TO TRAIN
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be computer literate
- good math skills
- Bilingual / English/ Spanish a Plus.
- Open to work in cold 35 degrees
- Check product specification against product that is being made at time of checks.
- Check paperwork on the line for accuracy
- Product quality checks
- Product placement on racks
- Stuffing diameter and appearance of any stuffed product
- Might on occasion have to oversee both sides in Raw and RTE.
- Including the following: Metal detector checks, line checks, temperature checks, CCP verifications, proper documentation, collection of COA samples
- Any other duties assigned by QA Manager.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
