Quality/ Expeditor Team Lead

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be able to learn all POE Sales line functions and PPO installs, including but not limited to lift up to 50 pounds

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to provide direction and support to team of production associates, ensuring achievement of goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills in resolving work issues
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance expectations in the areas of safety, quality and productivity (efficiency).
• Ability to adapt to change and lead by example at all times.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement kaizen activities.
• Maintain open lines of communication within all levels of the organization.
• Ability to complete daily reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to schedule and manage daily assignments.
• Must be willing to accept additional responsibilities.
• Able to work additional and flexible hours, which may require weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary.
• Ability to learn NPPS, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Education Requirements: High School education or ability.

Skills, Licenses, Certification, and/or Special Training:

• Must maintain a valid state driver's license if required to operate company equipment;
• Meet and maintain all requirements contained in the Conditions of Employment policy.
