Title: Quality Technician
Department: Quality Control
Reports to: Quality Control Manager
Location: Hebron

**
*Job Summary:*
Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing of manufactured products; incoming testing and identification of incoming materials; conduct equipment calibration program; verification of product quality and other duties as assigned.
**
*Job Duties:*

• Review and approval of Raw Material Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Test incoming raw material against acceptance criteria

• Print Material Identification tags and place tags on incoming materials
• Daily collection sample retains
• Calibration lab and shop floor measurement tools
• Perform daily lab testing according to Feature Results sheet requirements
• Enter test data into Movex for customers requiring Certificate of Analysis
• Maintain organized storage of sample retains
• Quality auditing of process, line and products
• Arrange 3rd onsite calibrations
• Maintain equipment in proper working order and a 5S environment in lab
• Prepare graphs, charts or reports as needed

• Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations

• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; Associates Degree in Applied Science preferred and two years of related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
• Must possess good problem-solving skills and basic math skills
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and suppliers
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Willingness to work as team member or independently
