RAC Staff
$500 (FT/40), $375 (FT/30), $250 (PRN) Signing Bonus!
Position based in La Junta, CO
Relocation funds available, up to $1,500, of reasonable IRS-allowable expenses.
- Hiring FT/40, FT/30 and PRN positions
- Hiring Weekend only positions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to pass drug test and background check (including MVR)
- COVID vaccination or approved exemption
- TB test result (within past 12 months)
- Ability and willingness to work day/swing/night/weekend/holiday shift as scheduled
- Certain positions require obtaining Certified Addiction Counselor certificate within 18 months of employment
- English (speaking, writing and reading) and basic computer skills
- Timely and proper attendance
- Appropriate and effective work performance
- Ability to take direction and follow instruction
- Annual flu vaccination
3 Main Duties
- Care for, monitor and support individuals at the Regional Assessment Center (RAC), including Acute Treatment and Withdrawal Management Units
- Collaborate with RAC directors, nursing staff, team members and others
- Chore completion (i.e. meal service, facility cleaning, daily living needs assistance)
Salary
- $16.12/hr (Nonexempt)
- Wage differentials paid for Swing and Night Shift hours
