responsibilities:
- The grants and donations coordinator is responsible for coordination of requests from internal and external partners.
- They will partner with the T&E grants and donations committee (legal and compliance) to secure approval of exhibits, sponsorships, grants and charitable donations.
- The specialist will manage weekly meetings with the committee to ensure that all requests are reviewed in a timely manner, and is responsible for all compliance requirements and necessary paperwork is completed.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and action orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high-level of independence in a fast-paced and complex program environment.
