We are looking for a Real Estate Assistant to join our team. No experience necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication and relationship building ability. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the real estate team with administrative tasks, preparing documents, conducting research, and providing customer service. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of documents related to real estate transactions.
• Maintain and update records of real estate transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the real estate team.
• Conduct research on properties and market trends.
• Assist with the negotiation of contracts and leases.
• Provide customer service to clients and potential buyers.
• Organize and manage files related to real estate transactions.
