…Fun, clairvoyant, calm, patient, self-starter, thoughtful person to organize chaotic situations, do lots of computer/social media work, run errands, etc. Job includes “doing whatever must get done” to help us agents. Job is working from home mostly and may include running paperwork to faraway lands (like Medford, Arlington or Somerville) or performing mundane tasks. You must have your own transportation/driver’s license. Neurosis about keeping organized files. Mind Reading a Must! Qualified applicants should be comfortable with organized calendars and agent files, computer savvy a must. We encourage creativity and warmly embrace a family atmosphere at work!

MUST have been a real estate admin or transaction coordinator before! Looking for part-time employee to work Monday through Friday approx. 20-25 hours per week. Great opportunity to work with super friendly, busy, top-producing, real estate agents who have a tremendous sense of humor, a requirement for their position. Out team promises to truly appreciate a job well done. Job pays between $20-$24 per hour plus incentives, depending on experience.
