The Rebecca Lowrey Real Estate Group at REMAX Distinctive in Huntsville, AL is seeking to hire an experienced Marketing Coordinator to Surprise and Delight clients; Build and Maintain Multiple Marketing Campaigns to help expand the Team Brand; Strategize, execute and manage a variety of ad campaigns to market new listings from beginning to end; and help us keep growing.

$40,000 - $45,000 per year DOE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and project support in a variety of areas including:

• 
  Support team leadership with planning, implementing, and monitoring a wide variety of marketing campaigns.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as in-person client appreciation events (at least two per year) and social media promotions.
• Oversee/report on cross-platform analytics (Google, Facebook, et al.).
• In concert with team leadership, develop & maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar.
• Promote/manage open houses (virtual-, private-, and public-facing).
• Manage all social profiles/platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, et al.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer to create social posts, newsletters, thumbnails, print materials, flyers, slides, etc. using Canva, Adobe, or other similar platforms.
• Upload/publish all social posts (videos, photos, captions, optimizations, etc.).
• Maintain cross-platform brand continuity (fonts, colors, photos, naming conventions, URLs, usernames, etc.).
• Assist with maintaining website (blog entries, featured content, links, etc.).
• Manage/collect online reviews (Google My Business, Zillow, Yelp, et al.).
• Manage all digital profiles/pages (third-party search portals, agent directories, online profiles, etc.).
• Oversee all video content (pre-production, production, and post-production).
• Develop/maintain Listing/Buyer presentations/packets.
• Produce/distribute weekly email newsletters. Manage list accuracy.
• Construct/publish social and search digital advertisements (audience targeting/retargeting, PPC, etc.).
• Coordinate & complete postcard/mailer distribution.
• Source/submit all award/accolade applications (RealTrends, BombBomb, et al.).
• Source/manage PR opportunities (podcasts, panels, etc.).
• Assist with management of all third-party marketing vendors (e.g. BoomTown, CoreFact, BombBomb, videographer, et al.).

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience. BA/BS is a plus but is not required.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications including Copywriting; Multimedia Graphic Design; Photography; Videography; Public Relations; PPC/Media Buying; SEO/SEM; Content/Social Strategist; Email Marketing; Event Planning; Community Curation; Web Development.
• Experience in real estate, including new construction, is preferred, but not required.
• Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
• Local to North Alabama (not a remote position).
