We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. This person must like problem-solving and negotiation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with risk-taking, independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need to take initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team. This person must have a passion for sales.
Compensation:$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners
- 100+ calls per day on warm leads. No cold calling
- Convert leads to sales and contracts
- Database management of prospects
- Analysis of investment opportunities
- Attend business meetings and training as required
- Daily reporting of sales activities
- Maintain and exceed company quotas
- Collaborate daily and establish new leads with the team
- Track record of success in sales
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Strong writing and verbal communication
- Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value
- Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to succeed
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
- Ability to work some nights and weekends
- A resourceful team player with a positive attitude
- Good attendance record
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
