Creamery Brook Retirement Village, located in beautiful Brooklyn, CT, is currently looking for an individual that is reliable and able to work independently in a fast paced environment. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain positive community relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Activity Assistant/Receptionist:

• Part-time
• 12-20 hours a week
• 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Activity Assistant/Receptionist will be friendly and professional in their interactions with residents and guests, both in-person and on the phone. They will ensure that the appropriate screening takes place. They will assist department managers with projects, as assigned.

The ideal candidate will also have the following skills and abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multi-line telephone and listening capabilities
• Microsoft Office and office supply management experience
