We are looking for an organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized and able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Assist with other office tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
