We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department extension.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail calls, and emails.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- schedule patient appointments
- reschedule patient appointments
- cancel patient appointments
- confirm patient appoitnments
- send medical records following HIPPA
- file electronic medical records, in patient electronic medical chart
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
