We are looking for an In-Office Bilingual Receptionist/Admin at our Pittsburg, CA office. Primary responsibilities are answering the telephones, greeting customers, performing computer tasks utilizing MS Office programs, creating photo sheets, scan paperwork, creating job folders, utilizing industry software, along with other tasks as needed. We are looking for someone we can cross train for coverage in other areas as well as future job growth.
The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, team player, and a passion for their work. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with Xactimate software and Microsoft Office experience in the restoration industry or an aptitude to learn computer software programs quickly. This is a long-term, career position so the successful candidates should be seeking the same. This is an hourly position, and the pay range is $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year DOE.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet guests, and interact with customers
- Scan, print, and copy documents
- Perform necessary tasks in industry specific programs
- Interpret for coworkers and translate company documents
- Build paper job files for project managers
- Develop and maintain rapport with a variety of internal and external customers ensuring the highest level of customer service through relationship-building
- Recommend process improvements and enhancements
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year, DOE. This is an hourly position.
