Position: Receptionist/Legal Assistant, full-time Location: Bryan, Ohio

Pay: Hourly (Pay and benefits are commensurate with experience)

Position Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to act as the face of our Bryan office. This position will serve as the front desk receptionist with a focus in domestic and family law matters.

Qualified candidates will show proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook and will display excellent organization and time-management skills. Applicants must have excellent communication and client service skills. They will also demonstrate attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate with clients
• Manage attorney calendars
• Maintain office supplies
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Draft correspondence
• Process attorney billing
• Draft a variety of legal documents
• Organize and maintain client files
