We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to assist our team with a variety of administrative and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will also be a contributing member of our team by answering phones, greeting guests, assisting with pre and post closing responsibilities, scheduling closings, and occasionally assisting in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Answer clients' questions and provide information.
• Handle documents and files that require an administrative assistant's attention..
• Keep track of appointments and schedule meetings with clients according to the company calendar.
• Manage correspondence via email or in person.
• Handle messages and take messages for other employees.
• Answer phones.
• Assist the closing coordinator and attornies in the office.

• Monday to Friday

• Gulf Shores, AL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
