The Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor supervises the activities of a group of Recovery Support Specialists and ensures that they maintain schedules and follow all policies and procedures. Your passion for fighting back against the disease of addiction will aid in patient recovery, as you support and implement effective techniques with your staff that will make a difference in the lives of our patients, their families, and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors patients, provides security checks through shift, completes documentation to include but not limited to logbook, level cards, monitors patient's activities and records patient behavior.
• May assist in telephone intakes.
• Understands the principles of 12-Step Programs and how they apply to the recovery process of the addicted client.
• Hires, trains, and retains Recovery Support Specialist staff

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
• Three years' experience working with addiction services
• Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience managing small, cohesive teams
• Demonstrate appropriate confidentiality and customer service when interacting with patients, residents, families, visitors, referral sources and all other contacts

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
