FHR is looking to expand our Human Resources Department by adding a Recruiter to spearhead Talent acquisition for our organizations. We are a multi-state organization operating in six different states and delivering a variety of services along the continuum of care for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. The responsivities of this position include responsibilities:

· Full lifecycle recruitment from requisition to offer.

· Develops relationships with managers to gain an understanding of the variety of positions recruited throughout the company.

· Participants in setting up job fairs, both virtual and in person

· Screens resumes for managers based on the desired education, experience and skills

· Source candidates for hard to fill positions.

· Works with hiring manager to coordinate offers to candidates.

· Stays abreast of the innovative recruitment strategies to maximize applicant flow.

Experience and Skills:

· Bachelors degree and 1 or more years of recruiting experience. (this is not a senior level role)

· Computer proficiency, including experience with ATS and HRIS .

· Self Starter capable of working independently

· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with strong customer-interfacing skills

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

· Must be highly organized and detail oriented with strong project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
