This is a temporary position expected to last through June 2023 with a potential to convert to a permanent position.

ABOUT PRECISION DIAGNOSTICS:

Precision Diagnostics, based in San Diego, California is a fast-growing clinical laboratory that specializes in providing quantitative drug testing, primarily for the purpose of helping physicians monitor their patients undergoing treatment for pain or substance abuse. Precision’s objective is to improve patient adherence/compliance with their prescription regimen and protect medical practices from liability.

The Field Operations Coordinator plays an integral role in many processes within the Field Operations Department. Main functions of this role center around recruiting activities by identifying top talent for our largest department, our Field Operations Team.

THE ROLE:

  • Review job requests, post positions and monitor open positions

  • Review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews

  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain and record schedules for Field Operation Technicians

  • Ensure Field Operations Team is current on all trainings and documentation

  • Communicate directly with Field Managers and other departments in the company

  • Assist in creating/updating SOPs and training materials

  • Ensure all Field Operation Technician (FOT) agreements are current

  • Ensure that employee roster/schedule is current and accurate

  • Maintain departmental systems

  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to build rapport with candidate quickly

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multi-task

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Recruiter

  • Preferred 1+ years’ experience in healthcare field preferred

  • High School Diploma

  • Become fluent in Microsoft 365 (formerly Office635) applications assigned to your role. Common applications include: Teams, Word, Excel, Tasks and Planner

  • Complete training in a timely manner that is assigned to you. Training is primarily conducted via Microsoft Learn modules and is assigned based on:

  • Position/Job Role – Most positions require a core set of Microsoft 365 working knowledge

  • Project Role – As member of a project team, you may be required to complete training before you can engage with the project team or commence project work

  • Ad-Hoc – Based on review of your performance via support requests, training modules will be assigned to increase skills

ADDITIONAL JOB CONSIDERATIONS:

  • This position is Full-Time

  • This position is remote but may need to be on-site as needed for meetings/training.

  • Option to work on-site at Headquarters, no relocation assistance package.

  • Standard hours would be 9am-5pm PST, hours may vary as needed

  • Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and working on a computer.
