The HR Team at The Centers is recruiting for a Recruiter! The Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and manages the hiring process. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring The Centers identifies and hires top talent who will live our values and further the mission of the agency. This is a hybrid role.

We utilize a progressive, interdisciplinary team approach which includes primary care, psychiatry, pharmacy, family and early learning services, workforce development and more.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (may substitute 5-7 years of experience in human resources)
• 2-3 years strong recruiting experience with proven track record of sourcing candidates and maintaining a candidate pipeline across multiple functional areas.
• Third party recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare or education fields strongly preferred.
• Experience in utilizing Social Networking for recruiting purposes also strongly preferred.
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques and creative writing ability.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Background in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
• Experience working in a unionized environment preferred
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding hiring and other employment practices.
• Capable of creating and maintaining good working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
