We are looking for a talented Internal Recruiter to join our team at Turf Kings. As our Internal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our company's growth by acquiring top talent, while also contributing to our company culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 per year plus bonuses on hiring/retention

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's applicant tracking system to ensure all job postings are accurate and up-to-date
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring they are informed and comfortable throughout the recruitment process
• Create and send recruiting emails, offer letters, and other necessary communication with applicants
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance and support, and help fill key positions
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success and feel welcome from day one
• Explore opportunities to broaden our reach for new applicants
• Work alongside the leadership team to prioritize important hires and ensure alignment with company goals
• Help build an amazing company culture that attracts and retains top talent

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
