About the Job*
As a recruiter you will scour job search websites to find potential recruits and contact those candidates personally. You will review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program, interview potential candidates and hire the best prospects. The job also includes introducing new hires to the company through onboarding and orientation as well as serving as an employee advocate for all employees (including following up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition to our “team” approach). The recruiter will provide weekly staffing updates via reporting and tracking.

Requirements*

• Associates Degree required in Human Resources or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2+ years’ recruiting experience (ABA Services or Medical Rehab a plus)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrable experience in recruiting
• Effective negotiating skills
• Experience with applicant tracking software programs
• Must be versed in Indeed, LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter
• Ability to do on-site staffing needs analysis.
• Working knowledge of personnel policies and employee benefits including EEO, FLSA, FMLA and Harassment and Discrimination.
