Job description
As the recruiting specialist you are directly responsible for the recruitment of new staff for a Senior Living Campus that includes Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. The recruiting specialist also provides initial orientation training and maintains accurate training records for all staff. Will coordinate with the payroll specialist to onboard new employees.

Recruiting:
· Responsible for the job postings for all open positions within the community.
· Responsible to review candidates, call and schedule interviews, and ensure resumes are given to department heads.
· Documents all daily recruiting efforts following Mosaic standards.
· Responsible for ensuring that all training documents are in compliance with state regulations at all times. This includes all pre-employment training and on-going training.
· Responsible for maintaining accurate training records in accordance with the Mosaic Staff Training documents.
· Maintains all staff hiring and training records, including ongoing monthly in-services for annual training requirements.
· Works with department heads to ensure skills checklists are completed timely for all new hires and rehires.
· Responsible for maintaining Mosaic standards for the interview, onboarding, and orientation process. Making sure all oncoming or potential staff are appropriately greeted and welcomed to the community team and receive the appropriate training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
