Regional Administrator-Nursing Home
Located throughout Alabama
A beautiful, company that owns multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Alabama is currently seeking a Regional Administrator.
Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Must have Alabama Administrator license
- Must have exceptional Administrator experience
- Must have Regional Administrator experience
- Must have financial experience
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have experience in long term care
- Strong leadership/managerial experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
