Regional Field Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Regional Field Coordinator (RFC) is responsible for leading the day-to-day managerial responsibilities in an embedded team model This includes interviewing, hiring, partnering with HR on employee related issues, performance management, expense report approvals, compliance adherence and other duties as needed The RFC will work closely with client leadership, sales managers and Amplity The RFC will maintain a competent level of program knowledge and representative activity to ensure success of the program
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide all interviewing and hiring activity for the client team
- Review and approve all employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company standards
- Responsible for employee performance management, conducts 120 day and year end reviews, coaching as needed and terminations
- Partners with Distr. Managers to ensure all KPIs / metrics / field expectations are met
- Maintains thorough knowledge of Program expectations
- Participates in meetings (when required) including National, District and training sessions
- Listens and responds appropriately to client needs and questions
- Communicates with the cross functional client and Amplity team members on project’s progress, as required
- Prepares reports for management as needed
- Fully complies with all laws, regulations and Amplity and Company’s Health Policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations
- Reports to Amplity Leadership
- Works closely with client team members and Amplity shared services to support the success of the program
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience required additional years’ experience a plus
- Pharmaceutical representative field management experience required
- Experience hiring, coaching and performance management of pharmaceutical sales representatives
- High integrity and always working in accordance with the company’s compliance policies and procedures needed
- Must be able to demonstrate or secure appropriate credentialing, as may be required by healthcare providers for physical access to their facilities
- Proof of Covid Vaccine at time of hire
- Ability to travel including to work related meetings and functions (including overnight and/or weekend)
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record is required
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and meeting platforms including Zoom, Teams etc
- Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines
