JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations including local schools, universities and hospitals
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool at our locations in Illinois
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding for Illinois communities.
• Assist hiring managers with onsite and offsite interviews either in person, virtual or telephonic as needed
• Represent Koelsch Communities at job fairs, networking events, and other Ilinois community events
• Coordinate and develop recruitment strategies with the Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Conduct exit interviews as needed
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous healthcare experience as a caregiver or nurse preferred
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and/or adult education/training is preferred.
• Experience in public speaking or sales is a plus
• A PHR, SHRM-CP, or a PRC (Professional Recruiter Certified) certification is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a diverse audience
• Ability to manage and coordinate competing events and projects
• Ability to travel to all of the Illinois Communities including but not limited to: Northbrook, Glen Ellyn, Bloomingdale, and Arlington Heights
• Self-motivated with the ability to time manage tasks and work with little direct supervision
