About the Opportunity
As Regional Sales Manager for ELGi Portable Compressors, you will be tasked with maintaining and growing equipment and parts revenue sold through Independent Rep Agencies.
About You
- 3+ years' related sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to manage and motivate a network of Independent Sales Agents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, mostly in the USA and Canada, but occasionally to Europe or India
- Ideal candidate will live near a large airport
Our ideal candidate also has the following qualifications:
- Experience working for a construction equipment OEM
- Experience in a construction equipment rental environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or combined education and experience equivalent
