Brenner Car Credit is currently seeking a Full-Time Regional Sales Associate to join our team! Assignments include dealership locations in Mifflintown, Selinsgrove and Williamsport depending on daily coverage needs. We employ many who have previous experience in industries or jobs such as retail, restaurants or food services, hotels/hospitality, server, sales and much more. We offer a competitive base pay combined with an aggressive commission plan and great benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Utilize company CRM and personal sphere of influence to cultivate leads and customers.

· Schedule in-person appointments and obtain materials for application process.

· Explain our purchasing program and highlight its’ benefits for our customers.

· Meet assigned monthly vehicle sales goals.

· Adhere to company best practices in both sales and sales activity.

· Provide information to sell a variety of additional products based on customer needs.

· Offer professional customer service during and after the sale.

Qualifications:

Persuasive, personable and consumer focused. Excellent communication skills. Desire and drive to meet assigned sales goals. Ability to muti task. Ability to inspire others to action. General understanding of Microsoft Office. Desire to make uncapped pay based on performance. Spanish/English Bi-Lingual Opportunity !

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy. Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
