RN 2: Prep /PACU General/Urology/GYN/ENT/Plastics/Oncology Prep and PACU

10 Hour Day Shifts, On Call Required

The Johns Hopkins Hospital’s Weinberg 3 Preoperative and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (Prep/PACU) is a 28-bed unit that provides services to patients undergoing surgery. Our unit supports the care being provided in 16 operating rooms.

Our nursing team is comprised of autonomous, highly- engaged, and expert professionals who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care and the ultimate experience to our patients!

Shifts: Day or Evening. NO shift rotation. Minimal weekend and holiday on-call shifts.

Who are we looking for?

• Motivated nurse who is ready to join a great team!
• An advocate for patient and staff safety
• BSN/MSN preferred. Associate’s degree in nursing may be considered.

Must be from an accredited nursing program.

• Critical care, intermediate care, or emergency room experience preferred
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required

• BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
