As a Registered Nurse with our facility, you'll perform a variety of duties that provide optimal patient care to our residents. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the overall nursing care/service and management of all personnel on their shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.
Your Job:
- Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents.
- Provide nursing care within your scope of practice.
- Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time for assigned shifts.
- Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care.
- Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
- Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence.
- Any other job duties, as assigned by my management.
Who You Are:
- Current Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- A professional team player with a commitment of maintaining a reliable shift history
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care
- Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team who focuses on the same
