Coastal Breeze Home Health Is Looking For Registered Nurses
The Position:
- To provide nursing Starts of Care as well as complete subsequent nursing care visits that are aligned with the patient's plan of care. Including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring of the patient’s condition, coordination of services, and teaching.
- Perform admission, transfer, re-certification, resumption of care, and discharge OASIS for the home care patient.
- Submit clinical notes, progress notes, and other documentation in a timely manner
- Adhere to federal, state, and accreditation requirements, including Medicare Conditions Of Participation.
- This position would be full-time.

Requirements
Home Health experience and 1-2 years of medical surgical hospital experience are a plus.
- RN accredited program graduate w/ a valid FL nursing license.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check
- Vaccinated (or willing to become) against Covid-19.
