We are looking for a RN to be welcomed into our Bismarck office! This is a Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm position.Objective:
- Ensure the ongoing satisfaction, quality, and safety of existing clients through regular contact, in conjunction with designated quality assurance home visits.
- The position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgements regarding significant matters of quality assurances/clinical management/risk management and training of the CAREGivers for Home Instead.
- Clear understanding of LPN/RN regulations and responsibilities for North Dakota as related to nursing delegation to an unlicensed caregiver.
- This is a full time position, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Weekend On-call 5-6 times per calendar year.
- Initiate and manage Nurse Directed Services to clients.
- Maintain a current plan of care to be provided to the client.
- Conduct quality assurance home visits with clients.
- Conduct VA visits in the local area of Bismarck/Hazen.
- Wound management
- Perform educational competency skills during orientation.
- Perform complex care consultations when needed within the franchises territory.
- Living in the Bismarck/Mandan area or willing to travel to the office
- Maintain a current, non-restricted LPN/RN License in the appropriate state/province.
- Complete the Home Instead Nurse Delegation Training found on Empower.
- Adhere to the requirements of Home Instead, Inc. as outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Clear understanding of the North Dakota rules and regulations regarding delegating nursing tasks to both other licensed and non-licensed employees.
