Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a home health agency. The position will be part-time.
* Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse. *
Responsibilities:
- Assesses patient needs and develops a plan of care with the physician.
- Coordinates and oversees care plan with patient, family, and support staff—LVNs and nurse assistants.
- Monitors and evaluates patient response to treatment, medication, and healing or mobilization progress.
- Oversees case management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.41 - $70.59 per hour
