Registered Nurse - Case Manager
13 - Week Contract
Cardiac Case Manager - MUST SPEAK KOREAN
Korean/English speaker is mandatory
Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays- 7am to 3:30; Tuesdays and Thursdays -8am to 4:30.
Responsibilities:
- Call patients to discuss lab results
- Sending prescriptions electronically and calling prescriptions in to pharmacies
- Patient calls with clinical issues
- Complete cardiac clearance forms
- Assist with electronic orders in patient charts
- Assist patients who made need to go to the ER
- Other tasks
Average Daily Census: 25
2 Rooms, 2 Beds
BCLS is required

Pay: $73.00 per hour
