EOE:
In addition to performing units and completing coordination of patient care, the RN position is the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients and oversees the frequency of visits for the episode. The RN consults, as needed, with the physician and office team giving the details of the patients' care. Performing accurate HIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, discharges, and any significant change in patients' condition in accordance with agency defined timeframes are the key responsibilities within this role.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona

We prefer you to have worked as a nurse in a clinical setting for at least one year. Hospice experience is a plus, if you have limited hospice experience, that is okay. We will train you and ensure competency with hospice nursing products and services.

Hiring parameters:
We are looking for two full-time RN’s and two per-diem RN’s in the Kingman, Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City areas.

The expected schedule we are hiring for is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with shared On Call. We welcome nurses who would like to work weekends and nights
