Seeking a RN Manager - Emergency Department

Rate: $140,000/year

Quick Facts

• Permanent placement
• 5-7 years of experience in Emergency department
• Management experience a plus
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School (BSN preferred)
• Must be able to provide active MA licenses/certification
• BLS and ACLS required

Description

• Manages daily activities of department staff to ensure high quality, and efficient patient care
• Oversee ER department operations including patient care plan administration and delegation of nursing team responsibilities
• Manage, develop, and mentor nursing team
• Help create effective workflows between ED and other units
• Acting as clinical resource person and role model for departmental staff
