Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Home Health RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status

- Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications to promote self-care and independence.

Qualifications:

-Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [state].

-Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health, community health, or a related field.

-Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and provide effective nursing interventions.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Looking for RNs who can visit areas such as: Pasadena, El Monte, Arcadia, Montebello, Pico Rivera, Whittier, Downey.

Also looking for RNs who can visit Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks.
