We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Mount Juliet, TN 37122
8-5 Friday, and Monday 8-12 Saturday
About the Role:
Primary role will be to intake calls from customers, coordinate, schedule and dispatch jobs. Communicate with employees in the field.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Their job will be to schedule crews on jobs
- Be the main point of contact for questions regarding job status, job duties, and delegating job responsibilities
- Create and maintain the job calendar
- Make a list of all supplies needed for jobs
- Contact the client to ensure all necessary details are obtained for a smooth job
- Contact and work with third-party services
Job Qualifications
- Physically fit.
- Punctual and professional.
- Microsoft office, excel, moving logistical software, and scheduling
- A high school qualification or equivalent would be preferable.
- A driver's license would be advantageous.
