Quantum Research International, Inc. Mission:
Quantum is seeking a Remedy Administrator/Developer to support our Corporate facility as well as multiple other projects in Huntsville, AL offices.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the BMC Remedy ITSM, BMC Digital Workplace and other ITSM tools for optimal performance including but not limited to applying system updates/patches, monitoring systems, performing upgrades, creating/processing queries, and reports, etc.
- Production support troubleshooting applications, interacting with clients and vendors
- Maintain security authorization controls and user security measures within BMC Remedy
- Write custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects
- Troubleshoot applications at the workflow and database level
- Investigate, develop, and implement all ITSM application customizations
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Juggle multiple assignments at once and prioritize.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science,CIS,Computer/Engineering, MIS or related field of study required.
- Strong technical understanding of application development practices, and strong analytical skill.
- Must be able to develop and maintain Remedy integrations.
- Must have strong knowledge of relational databases.
- Must have experience with web services.
- Extensive development experience with CMDB and Asset Management.
- Production support/development experience with large enterprise applications, specifically BMC Remedy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and communicate facts and data
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
- Certifications a plus-
