PAY: $17.00 - $19.00/hour

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Have 6-12 months of inbound phone call/call center experience.
- Have retail or hospitality experience.
- Have a positive, friendly demeanor with a sincere intention to help.
- Communicate effectively with a solution-based approach.
JOB ROLE
- Get to know our company's products and services and our role in the insurance industry.
- Spend the first two weeks training with your Team Lead and others in the department.
- Begin to work to assist customers over the phone.
