Resource Innovations is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. As a Reporting Analyst with Resource Innovations, you will oversee the development and delivery of various reports for the Salt Lake City Office. As a Reporting Analyst with Resource Innovations, you will be responsible for improving, streamlining, and automating reporting deliverables. You will develop and manages reports within internal and external databases, and ensure accurate deliverables by deeply understanding program processes, and how they integrate with various databases and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver reports regularly for internal and external clients.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and addressing errors within reports.
• Develop new reports tailored to the needs of the client, and relevant systems.
• Responsible for automating and improving deliverables.
• Documenting and updating Processes around report creation and delivery.
• Assisting the reporting manager with various tasks and deliverables.
• Produce deliverables using the following systems:
  • Laserfiche
  • CXone
  • Jira
  • Qualtrics
  • Jasepersoft Reporting
  • iEnergy Database
• Basic coding
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in Information Systems
• 0-3 years experience with VBA, data analytics and database design
• Proficient in Visual Basic for Applications
• Working knowledge of Laserfiche, CXone, and Jira
• Advanced Excel skills

• Understands logic statements and general database structure and design
• Ability to work with large sets of data
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
