Elderwood is in growth mode and currently looking for a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Resident Assistant to join our team!
HHA or PCA Certification Required.

Home Health Aides (HHA) assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing personal care support. Home Health Aides ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.


HHA or PCA Certiification required.


Shifts available:


FT 7am-3pm

FT 3pm - 11pm

FT 11pm-7am

Under the direction of a licensed nurse, Resident Assistants provide care to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents in Elderwood assisted living facilities. Resident Assistants are responsible for:

  • Responding to resident needs.
  • Maintaining facility standards.
  • Providing quality care to residents and exhibiting a high level of service to our residents and visitors.
  • Performing duties as assigned by management staff.
Base wages increase with experience!
From: USD $15.50/Hr. Up to: USD $23.00/Hr. Qualifications:
  • Eighteen (18) years of age required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to assist residents with all aspects of Daily Living Activities including bathing, toileting, and transferring.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds; Occasional 2 person lift up to 120 pounds

Elderwood expects all current and new employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. If hired, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination. Employees may request a medical exemption from vaccination.
