Resident care assistant (RCA) assist with milieu management at our Eudaimonia Sober Living Men’s Facility located in North Austin. The sober living facility is an apartment complex.The resident care assistant (RCA) team will be under the direction of the Director of Operations with specific emphasis monitoring and providing direction/redirection to clients regarding the structure of the program; modeling and supporting the client’s recovery process; and providing oral and written reports continually while on shift.

- Resident care assistant (RCA) assist with program structure.
- Resident care assistant (RCA) completing daily rounds.
- Resident care assistant (RCA) discussing recovery with residents.
- Resident care assistant (RCA) complete property inspections and checks.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
The resident care assistant (RCA) is a full-time position, and the schedule we are looking for is 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd Shift (11pm-7am).
Travel
This position may travel to other Nova locations in the State of Texas.
Required Education and Experience
Resident care assistant (RCA) must have a GED or high school diploma required. If recovering, must have a minimum of 3 months of continuous sobriety.
Qualifications
Resident care assistant (RCA) must have the ability to interact warmly and professionally with individuals while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Excellent oral, scheduling, and communication skills are required. Prior experience with Windows operating systems is required. Ability to be a self-starter with minimal supervision. Resident care assistant (RCA) must have a valid Texas driver license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
