Resident Care Assistant – Up to $500 Sign On Bonus

F/T, P/T & Per Diem – All Shifts

Full Time and Part Time Sign-On Bonus Eligible

Jefferson’s Ferry Life Plan Community is seeking a reliable Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to work under the direction and supervision of the healthcare team by providing direct and indirect resident care, such as cleaning, moving residents, assisting with personal care and feeding, and doing clerical duties. In addition, you may maintain resident rooms and common areas, provide clean and safe environments for the residents, staff, and visitors as well as process all personal laundry and linens used by the residents.

To qualify, you must possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• English proficiency
• Caregiving experience as family/informal caregiver, childcare provider, housekeeping, respite provider, is a plus
• Healthcare experience
• Required safety competency training in infection control, universal precautions, and personal care services is provided free of charge to the RCA prior to hiring.
• Additional training as a direct care worker (Personal Care Attendant, Homemaker, or Personal Care Homemaker) is a plus
