This role is focused on leading the trades at their local plant in areas of materials and labor. In addition, identifying ways to support builder conformance and business solutions for driving global efficiency.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Market Partner
• Respond, resolve and communicate resolution back to the Field on deviations
• Assess weather and overall plant floor capacity
• Support resolution for non-conformance issues
• Work with Supply Chain partners to act on global ordering
• Daily/Weekly resource foe scheduling and compliance
• Lead Trade Crews with a focus on competency and culture alignment
• Manage Quality Standards and Quality Checks
• Own cost for all Market level Trade Crews
• Trains Trade Crews on new methods, building materials and products
• Identifies and partners with Supply Chain partners on ways to eliminate waste in the Plant and create shared savings opportunity with Trade Partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
